1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the web application provided by OSI Systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service Description

OSI Systems provides a web application designed to assist bail bond agents in managing their agencies. This service includes, but is not limited to, writing bail bonds, managing defendants and indemnitors, recording received payments, and reporting bonds to the surety.

3. User Accounts

In order to use the web application, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Use of Service

The web application is for your personal and commercial use. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You are prohibited from attempting to compromise the security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g., password guessing programs, cracking tools, or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited.

6. SMS Communications

You consent to receive SMS messages from OSI Systems for transactional purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. OSI Systems will not send promotional SMS messages unless you opt-in to receive such messages.

7. Modifications to Service

OSI Systems reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

8. Termination

OSI Systems may terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." OSI Systems hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OSI Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
